Do you take my insurance?
We are able to file most dental insurance plans to help you maximize your dental benefits. To confirm whether we take your plan, please contact our office so we can look into it for you.
How much does my treatment cost?
Before you begin a treatment at our office, we are happy to give you a cost estimate so you won’t face any financial surprises. Some procedures may require seeing you for an in-person consultation in order to get an accurate estimate. Please note that if your treatment changes, your actual fees may differ.
When is payment due?
Unless we’ve made prior arrangements, payment is due at the time of service. Any balance not paid by your insurance company will be your responsibility.
